About Jess Zweiman, LCSW
I believe everyone has the right — and the ability — to heal. Therapy can be a space to untangle the messy, buried parts of life and begin to make room for empathy, forgiveness, and growth. With time, this process can bring clarity, grounding, and a renewed connection to yourself and others.
My background in both the arts and clinical work informs a compassionate and creative approach to therapy. I’ve trained in a range of modalities, including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and high-conflict couples counseling. I support clients in exploring what might be getting in the way of connection, peace, or fulfillment in their daily lives — whether individually, in relationship, or as a family unit.
Before opening my private practice, I served as the Director of an adolescent residential home for eating disorders, where I worked closely with families, couples, and parents. That experience deepened my belief in the importance of healing together — of seeing each person within the context of their relationships and restoring understanding across generations.
I’m especially passionate about supporting couples — whether you’re navigating high conflict, contemplating separation, working through infidelity, or seeking discernment therapy to find clarity. I also work with couples who want to reconnect, rebuild trust, and return to the love and commitment that first brought them together. These are deeply vulnerable transitions, and I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space to explore what’s next with honesty, care, and intention.
Being human is complex — our histories, relationships, careers, and emotions are deeply intertwined. It’s not always easy to feel centered. Whatever you’re facing, I offer a warm, thoughtful, and open space to begin the work. Together, we can gently restore the soulfulness that every person — and relationship — deserves.
